Arcetyp LLC (ARC) provides growth consulting services to businesses in the US government contracting industry. Core services include growth planning/execution, business development, proposal support, business planning/operations, and staff sourcing. Primarily we provide tactical business development (pipeline development, opportunity identification, capture, teaming, pipeline management) and proposal management (full lifecycle, writers, proposal managers, staffing). In addition to proposal management related staff we have a number of business development staff/SMEs on board and other Tech SMEs. We also provide consultants who support our clients in roles of Recruiter, Tech Writer, Facility Security Officer, Graphic Artist, IT Architect, Human Resources Officer/Admin, Contracts Admin, and Accounting/Finance Staff.

Details for Growth Consulting Services

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: pipeline building/activities, support major captures, opportunity assessment process, capture process and planning, bid/no bid process and gate review templates, market intel, inroads to certain clients.

PROPOSAL SUPPORT: process and proposal support when needed, price to win using extensive bid experience across multiple markets and services, solutioning and blue team activities, senior color team support, section authoring when needed (i.e. management, tech sections), authoring unique sections, price proposals, RFI support.

TEAMING ACTIONS: market business teammate introductions, teaming agreements process, bid team gap analysis, establishing a Mentor Protégé and/or Joint Venture, niche service teaming, attending teammate meetings.

BUSINESS PLANNING & OPERATIONS: multi-year business planning, establish short/mid/long term goals and actions needed to achieve, refine target markets/services focus, offsite event facilitation, advice on back-office operations/systems, planning for business areas needed to win larger IDIQs (i.e. CPFF, DCAA, ISO, CMMI, other) and growth support activities such as achieving ISO 9001/20000/27001 and CMMI.

STAFFING / SOURCING ACTIVITIES: key personnel job description drafts, key personnel recruiting, position fill recruiting, team building, senior staff placement.

PROGRAM EXECUTION SUPPORT: join senior client meetings, supporting or leading transition activities, creating get-well plans for post award when needed, addressing delivery challenges and action plans, internal program health reviews, deliverable templates/review, setting up PMO operations when needed.

Steve Delahunty

Chief Executive Officer and Founder. Senior GovCon Industry Leader with 19 years’ executive experience in technology and management consulting and 37 years’ professional experience in commercial and federal sector consulting. Client facing positions with top tier firms including Booz Allen Hamilton, SAIC, Tetra Tech, and Stanley Associates. Former member of the Forbes Technology Council. 10 years as Adjunct Faculty at George Washington University and currently Adjunct at Keuka College. Distinguished Fellow and Board Member Emeritus of the Network Professional Association. Regular technology conference speaker, panel member/moderator, and author of over 40 print published articles and industry reports. BA in Engineering from Lafayette College, MLA in Information Technology from Harvard University, MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix, and Graduate Certificate in International Business from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth Charlton College of Business.

Chris Franco

President. Leads all facets of proposal operations and team support required for Arcetyp clients including full lifecycle proposal management, handling color team reviews, book boss / editing, providing section content, technical writing, and providing reviewer input. Manages the firm's porfolio of proposal support staff and the firm’s Virtual Vehicle Program Management Office. Extensive expertise in proposal management, bid compliance, technical writing, process analysis, quality assurance, and ISSO/CMMI audits. 20 years of experience as a Proposal Manager, Writer, Editor, Technical Writer, Process Analyst, and Business Analyst. Familiar with applying Industry and Shipley Methodologies for proposal management. Demonstrated ability to win large IDIQ and Task Order awards; ceiling value of wins totaling over $500M. BA in English from Radford University. Foundation Certification from the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP).
